Every year during Welcome Week, freshmen attend an overrated presidential welcome and, more importantly, watch a student-produced musical about life at NYU. Meant to be funny and educational, the Reality Show is NYU’s way of putting a fun twist on the obligatory university orientation where girls are reminded how to avoid being sexually assaulted and given all the numbers you’re supposed to call when it happens anyway.
